An officer and a Spy

Polanski is one of the best directors, he has made incredible films. I always get excited when I listen that Polanski is going to make a new movie. Let’s start with the positive aspects of it: The cast is really great, the direction behind the camera is very impressive, there are some scenes that look like a picture, the design production and the recreations from the era are realistic. Also, the history is very interesting, unfortunately, we don’t get many movies like this one. My biggest issue with this film is the lack of emotion, and If I’m honest I don’t know why. All the protagonists look like robots, they only obey the laws and that's all. Maybe this makes the scenes very flat (emotionally speaking) and due to that, in some parts, the film can get a bit boring. But I still recommend it, I really like this film.   Punctuation: 3/5
