A Fistful of Dollars

| Sergio Leone made one of the most curious trilogies in history, the first film (which I'm going to review) is the weakest, the second is very good and the third is a masterpiece, this never occurs, normally every film gets worse. Also, he invented the filming of Spaghetti Western in Spain and created a trend between the 60s and 70s. Nowadays many directors like Quentin Tarantino, Clint Eastwood... have imitated his style. This film is pure entertainment and doesn't want to be anything else. It's not a great movie, there are scenes with bad illumination, predictable situations, and plot holes, but it was the beginning of an era, a filming style. The character of Clint Eastwood and the bad guy are cool, in some scenes Leone puts magic on the screen with the music and images. It is the weakest of the trilogy but still a good movie.
